Existing Customers are people who are using us (Yupapa Web Services) as their web site provider and has their service activated. Full range of support is available and we will try to help you with any problems with our services.
For non-customers:
Non-customers are people who are not using us (Yupapa Web Services) as their web site service provider.
You are welcome chat and ask any questions here related to web apps such as phpBB forums, wordpress blog, etc.
Questions such as "How do we change the template for phpBB?" "What is the path to Perl?" "Why is this error showing up on my forum", these questions are OK to ask. We and anyone *may* troubleshoot those problems for you (not guaranteed).
However, we do not provide direct help (such as logging on to your account serviced by another provider, installing any applications, fixing any errors).
We highly recommend you to consult with your service provider if you have any problems with their services.
